Master Michael A. Yuhasz graduated from the College of Saint Rose with a degree in Elementary Education. As a Master Instructor in Taekwondo Master Yuhasz has developed a unique approach to bullying and cybering bullying for local school districts, Boy Scouts & Girl Scout Troops. Master Yuhasz has attended multiple seminars and workshops conducted by the NYS Troopers & the District Attorney's Office on the subject of bullying & cyber-bullying.

So often children and teens need to understand that bullying isn't always physical, but rather verbal, emotional and now CYBER! Adirondack Taekwondo is the leader in bully avoidance, stratigies and awareness. We are now scheduling our special Confidence & Anti-Bullying Workshop for the fall. Our Confidence & Anti-Bully Workshops are structured to promote confidence and awareness in children grades K-3, 4-5, and 6-8 grade. Each workshop has been structured for the approprate age group and is presented by Master Michael A. Yuhasz.
